RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on chloé.com within 30 days of order date, except Fragrances. Here’s how:

1. Fill out the Return Form
2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
3. Print the Return Label stick it on your order and leave the package at a DHL Drop off location. All returns are free of charge.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Fragrances cannot be returned. For any specific inquiries, feel free to contact us.

Alphabet customized products can only be returned as a complete set including all of their components.

If you would like to return an item from the socks category, please contact us for instructions. It is not possible to return used socks, or socks that no longer have the tag attached.

SPECIAL MESSAGE:

If you wish to return an item ordered from the chloe.com website and you ordered before August 28, 2025 you will not be able to generate a return number using this webform. Instead, simply return your item using the pre-paid shipping label included in your original parcel.

RETURN IN BOUTIQUE

You can return items purchased at chloé.com to a boutique within 30 days, just follow the steps listed below:

• Make sure the items are in the original condition, all tags and packaging included
• Put the items into the original box (or another sturdy box) and bring them to one of our boutiques, along with the return label

The courier will collect your package from the boutique within one working day. We normally process returns within 5 to 10 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Should your return comply with our Return Policy, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.

You can only return items within the same country the parcel was delivered. Stores in different countries will not be able to accept your returns.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
